Really good customer service from specific staff made our stay enjoyable.
The noise levels were unbearable, with loud music and screaming well into the night. The cleanliness of the dining area was a major issue. I had to sift through numerous dirty plates before finding a clean one. It was frustrating to deal with such disorganization and lack of attention to detail.

great room but lackluster entrance
The room with the private pool was really good! The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was amazing. The variety of activities every night kept us thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. The garden view added a refreshing green touch to our mornings.
The entrance to the hotel felt outdated and did not match the 5-star experience I expected.

Charming Location with Room for Improvement
The beach area offers gorgeous views, perfect for family relaxation. While the variety of food choices was abundant, fresh options would enhance the experience. Friendly staff members were generally helpful, yet language barriers were sometimes challenging. Consider bringing snacks if food quality is a priority for you.

A three-night getaway offered decent facilities, with spacious pools and enjoyable entertainment activities, although the food quality was underwhelming at times, and cleanliness could be improved. The hotel's laid-back atmosphere was refreshing, but I found the staff's focus heavily skewed towards Russian guests.

The beachfront access was unbeatable, and I loved the well-maintained garden areas that provided a peaceful escape. The variety of entertainment options kept my friends and I engaged throughout our stay, especially the live cultural shows that added a unique touch to our evenings.
The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was quite poor, frustrating.
